Do you sell beverage containers in BC without charging a deposit or CRF?
In BC, most producers/bottlers manage the responsibility of registering their products with Encorp, report on sales and pay the associated fees (deposits and CRFs). However, if you are selling products in BC and not charging a deposit or CRF, a remittance agreement must be set up between you and whomever sells your beverages.
