New CRFs Effective: February 1, 2026
This is a reminder that the new Container Recycling Fees (CRFs) will take effect on February 1, 2026. Please ensure your internal systems are updated to reflect the correct CRFs by this date.
On October 29, a notification of the 2026 CRFs for both B.C. and Alberta was sent out. These changes, which become effective February 1, 2026, are outlined in the fee schedule below.
Please do not hesitate to contact us should you have any further questions regarding the approved changes to the CRFs in B.C. or Alberta.

NOTE: use the according CRF for the province which is relevant for your operation. If you operate in both provinces you will need to update your systems specifically using the CRF for each province.
